Regina was a Masters of Environmental Management student, focusing on sustainable development. With a Bachelor in Marine Science and growing up in California, she had always been passionate about the environment and the effects development and policy will have on its future state. She worked on a research project exploring the relationship between biodiversity offset policy and the prevalence of mining and its related activities in over 130 countries. To support that, she also explored relationships between offset policy strength with GDP and corruption to further explain global trends surrounding the current state of offset policy.
